Raconteur Global Resources Ltd — Important, 13-12-2025: Company Update

Raconteur Global Resources' board has approved a preferential issue of 2.22 Cr warrants and 0.85 Cr equity shares, both priced at Rs. 14 per share, to non-promoter investors. The warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Priya Mathur as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 15th December, 2025. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be held on 9th January, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these proposals.
