SEBI has imposed a penalty of 0.10 Cr on Mr. Anil Jain, Promoter & Non-Executive Director of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure. The penalty stems from alleged insider trading activities involving the communication of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information concerning Refex Industries, which resulted in unlawful gains of 0.1233 Cr for certain entities. Mr. Jain intends to legally contest the order.
