RPG Life Sciences appointed Amol Lone as CFO. The board approved incorporating "RPG Active Pharma Limited" as a new subsidiary for its API business. The company will transfer its existing API business to this WOS for approx. Rs 50 crore and invest up to Rs 105 crore into it for growth.
