    GOCL Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 15-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    GOCL's board has approved merging Hinduja National Power Corporation (HNPCL) into GOCL. This strategic move brings a large power generation business (HNPCL FY25 turnover: Rs. 2436.94 Cr) into GOCL, currently focused on EMS and Realty. Shareholders get 206 GOCL shares for every 10,000 HNPCL shares.
