    RACE Ecochain approved a demerger! Biomass Division to GEOECO Green Energy (113 shares for 100 RACE), Restore Bag Division to RACE Gateway (27 shares for 25 RACE). Both entities will list, enhancing focus & unlocking shareholder value. Corporate office moved to Noida.
