JETMALL SPICES AND MASALA shareholders have approved key changes to the company's core business direction. The company will diversify its main object to offer Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including mediation, arbitration, and training programs. This strategic shift is intended to enlarge operations and efficiently combine new activities with existing ones. The Memorandum of Association will also be updated to align with the Companies Act, 2013. These proposed amendments require various government and regulatory approvals before implementation.
