Ceinsys Tech Ltd — Important, 16-12-2025: Company Update

Ceinsys Tech's Board approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Prashant Kamat will join as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from January 1, 2026, previously serving as WTD. Effective December 16, Mr. Surej Kunhithayyil Poyil resigned as Non-Executive Director and CEO Designate to focus on the US subsidiary, while Mr. Sagar Meghe transitioned from Non-Executive Chairman to Whole Time Director and Chairman. Mr. Vishal Pawar also resigned as Chief Marketing Officer from December 19. The Audit Committee was reconstituted. A postal ballot is approved for shareholder endorsement of these personnel changes and a revision in the MD's remuneration.
