This move reinforces Saregama's leadership in music licensing and expands its video content presence. BPPL, a renowned film and web series production house, reported an impressive FY25 turnover of ₹304 Cr. Saregama plans a staged acquisition, aiming for 28-49.9% ownership by 2028, with an option to secure 51% by 2030. This acquisition significantly strengthens Saregama's position in the media and entertainment sector.
