Saregama has strategically invested in Bhansali Productions, securing exclusive rights to all its future film music. This partnership, consolidating Saregama's shift from in-house film production, is expected to be EPS accretive by FY27. Bhansali Productions reported FY25 revenue of ₹304 Cr, EBITDA of ₹60 Cr, and PAT of ₹45 Cr.
