Mukka Proteins is setting up a new venture, MPL HRC Ecosolutions LLP, taking a 76% stake with a cash contribution of Rs 0.038 Cr. The LLP will have a total capital of Rs 0.05 Cr and focus on non-hazardous waste treatment. This strategic move is designed to execute a project received by an existing Joint Venture for legacy leachate treatment. It expands Mukka Proteins' footprint in environmental solutions, strategically enhancing operational capabilities and supporting its existing business ecosystem.
