Relic Technologies' promoter, Kunal Narendra Gandhi, along with other promoter group entities, has increased their direct equity stake in the company. This was achieved through the conversion of warrants previously issued on a preferential basis into equity shares. The acquisition of these shares by the promoter group reflects their continued investment. After this conversion, the company's total equity share capital increased from Rs. 5.15 Cr to Rs. 5.59 Cr. The promoter and PACs now collectively hold 44.78% of the enlarged share capital.
