This new entity will focus on processing, manufacturing, trading, and marketing cashew nuts, dry fruits, nuts, and spices. The proposed authorized capital for the subsidiary is 0.01 Cr. The company, along with its nominee, will subscribe to 51% of the subsidiary's share capital, in cash at face value. This move aims to strengthen the company's presence and capabilities within its core food processing business.
