VLS Finance Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-12-2025: Buyback

VLS Finance has announced a share buyback program for up to 26.32 lakh equity shares, totaling Rs. 100 Cr, at Rs. 380 per share. The buyback will be conducted via a Tender Offer, opening on December 18, 2025, and closing on December 24, 2025. This represents 7.74% of existing paid-up capital. Promoter group entity VLS Capital plans to tender up to 1 lakh shares. Post-buyback, promoter stake could rise from 52.02% to 56.06%, while public shareholding may reduce from 47.98% to 43.94%.
