Sequent's amalgamation scheme is effective. The board allotted 18.19 Cr shares and 2.03 Cr warrants, receiving 92.52 Cr upfront. Paid-up capital is now 87.21 Cr. Dr. Haribabu Bodepudi appointed MD & Group CEO, and Ramakant Singani as new CFO.
