Kansai Nerolac sold its 60% stake in Sri Lankan subsidiary, Kansai Paints Lanka, to Atire (Private) Limited for Rs 0.05 Cr. The divested unit had Rs 0.58 Cr turnover and negative net worth of Rs 1.93 Cr (Mar 2025). It ceases to be a subsidiary.
