    Brigade Hotel Ventures' board appointed Mr. M.R. Jaishankar, father of the MD, as Additional Director & Non-Executive Chairman. Both roles are effective immediately, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. ASR & Co. was also appointed Secretarial Auditors for FY2025-26, also pending shareholder nod.
