Hem Holdings & Trading Ltd — Important, 16-12-2025: Company Update

HEM Holdings and Trading Limited's Board has approved significant changes in its governance and leadership. M/s. B. M. Gattani & Co. was approved as the new statutory auditor for five years, filling a vacancy, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Ajay Suresh Yadav and Associates was also approved as the secretarial auditor for five years, pending shareholder endorsement. Mr. Akash Somaram Prajapati was appointed as the internal auditor for the upcoming financial year. Furthermore, Mr. Ravi Manoharlal Kharwad was appointed as the Managing Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
