Additionally, PARKHOTELS will acquire at least 90.96% of Cochin Residency Private Limited, adding "The Malabar House," a premium boutique hotel in Fort Kochi. This strategic move strengthens PARKHOTELS' presence in a key tourist destination, enhancing its high-end leisure offerings.
