    MobiKwik's Board appointed Mr. Radhakrishna Nair as a new Independent Director for 5 years. Mr. Navdeep Singh Suri became the new Board Chairperson, replacing Ms. Upasana Rupkrishan Taku. Shareholders will vote via postal ballot on Mr. Nair's appointment.
