Shanti Guru Industries Ltd — Important, 17-12-2025: Company Update

During its recent board meeting, the company announced an Annual General Meeting for September 26 to discuss key matters. Strategically, the company plans to enter food product manufacturing (soya chunks, vermicelli) in Krishnagiri and will sell 150 cents of Madhavaram land to fund working capital. Significant board changes occurred: Independent Director Mr. Jayaraman Madhusuthan resigned. Ms. Sarika SSangavi and Mr. Santosh Choudannanavar joined as Additional Directors, with Mr. Santosh as an Independent Director. Mr. Mahipal Sanghavi stepped down as CFO, and Mr. Shripal Sanghvi assumed the role. Board committees were also reconstituted with the new appointments.
