    Quicktouch's board confirmed CFO Ankit Gupta withdrew his resignation. The company also divested 100% stakes in Picnara Techlabs and Zethics Tech Solutions, two non-contributing subsidiaries, for Rs. 1 lakh each to BND Merchants Private Limited.
