Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited's board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms-FZE, in the United Arab Emirates. This new entity, with a proposed capital not exceeding AED 1,00,000, will focus on manufacturing and trading partitions for the Cleanrooms Industry. Its primary objective is to supply partitions to the parent company's Indian operations, serving Indian clients and leveraging the UAE–India trade deal. This strategic move aims to enhance the company's global footprint and operational capabilities in key markets.
