Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited's board has approved the incorporation of a foreign wholly-owned subsidiary, "Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms-FZE," in the United Arab Emirates. Following review by its Audit Committee, the board made this decision. The new entity will have a proposed capital not exceeding AED 1 Lakh and will be 100% owned by the company. It will focus on manufacturing and trading partitions for the cleanroom industry, specifically supplying to Indian clients under the UAE-India trade deal. This move aims to expand the company's manufacturing and trading capabilities in a key international market.
