Annvrridhhi Ventures Ltd — Important, 17-12-2025: Company Update

Annvrridhhi Ventures' Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 2,96,21,647 partly paid-up rights equity shares. These shares have a face value of ₹10 each, with ₹2.50 paid up, issued at ₹10 per share. The allotment ratio was 7 rights shares for every 3 fully paid-up equity shares held. Following this, the company's fully paid-up equity capital remains at 1.62 Cr shares (₹16.20 Cr), and a new partly paid-up equity capital of 2.96 Cr shares (₹7.41 Cr paid up) has been added. Lapsed rights entitlements have also been extinguished.
