Indo Tech Transformers Limited — Insider Trade, 18-12-2025: Insider/ Institutional Trade

Shirdi Sai Electricals has confirmed an undertaking to pledge 2,761,200 shares (26% of equity) of Indo-Tech Transformers as future common security. This pledge, held by Catalyst Trusteeship, backs newly issued debentures totaling ₹750 Cr (₹600 Cr NCDs and ₹150 Cr OCDs). The shares will serve as security for these new debenture holders once an existing pledge is released.
