Lykis Ltd — Important, 18-12-2025: Company Update

Acquirer Parshav Vatika LLP, along with K8 Products LLP and Tidagela Ventures Private Limited, is acquiring a 67.17% stake in Lykis Limited from its promoter, Mr. Nadir Umedali Dhrolia. This acquisition involves 1.30 Cr shares at ₹19.01 per share, totaling ₹24.75 Cr. This triggers a mandatory open offer for public shareholders to acquire an additional 26% of Lykis's voting capital, amounting to approximately 5.04 Cr shares, at an offer price of ₹34.50 per share. The total consideration for this open offer is ₹17.38 Cr. Post-transaction, the Acquirer and PACs will gain control and become the new promoters of Lykis.
