Narayana Hrudayalaya is merging with subsidiary Meridian Medical Research & Hospital to streamline operations and boost financial strength. Shareholders and creditors will vote on the scheme, issuing 1 new Narayana share for every 2 Meridian shares. This aims for synergies & cost reduction. The company has secured debt of 553.28 Cr and unsecured loan debt of 800 Cr.
