Kerala Ayurveda Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nutraveda PTE LTD, has established a new step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V., in Europe. This strategic move aims to promote and commercialize Ayurveda-based wellness solutions across Europe. The new entity will focus on importing, marketing, and distributing certified Ayurveda products, alongside operating an Ayurveda clinic for consultations and holistic services. This expansion signals the company's intent to strengthen its international presence and capture a broader wellness market. The initial share capital subscribed is €1.2, making it a 100% owned entity.
