HCL Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 18-12-2025: Acquisition

HCLTech is acquiring Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) Telco Solutions business for up to US$160 million (approx. 1,328 Cr). This strategic move significantly strengthens HCLTech's engineering and AI-led network offerings for global Communication Service Providers. The deal deepens HCLTech’s cloud-native capabilities and intellectual property, accelerating network transformation and Network as a Service (NaaS). Around 1,500 specialists will join HCLTech, enhancing its telecom talent and positioning the company for higher-value, IP-led services and non-linear growth. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
