The board approved Mr. Ajay Shah's appointment as an Additional Director and, crucially, as the new Managing Director & CEO, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. Concurrently, Mr. Madhusudan Kela will transition from Managing Director to Non-Executive, Non-Independent Chairman upon Mr. Shah's appointment.
