MKVENTURES CAPITAL's board has approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Sanket Rathi is now the Chief Compliance Officer for five years. Mr. Ajay Shah, an experienced professional with 30 years in finance and a background as a senior Investment Banking partner at EY, has been appointed an Additional Director. He is also slated to become the Managing Director & CEO, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. Concurrently, Mr. Madhusudan Kela, the current Managing Director, will transition to Non-Executive, Non-Independent Chairman. These moves aim to strengthen the company's compliance and leadership, bringing in deep industry expertise to drive future growth.
