The company's Board has approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Sanket Rathi is appointed as Chief Compliance Officer for five years, also taking on the Company Secretary & CCO role. Mr. Ajay Shah is set to join as an Additional Director and, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, will become the new Managing Director & CEO. Concurrently, Mr. Madhusudan Kela will transition from Managing Director to Non-Executive, Non-Independent Chairman.
