Ampvolts, a leading EV infrastructure provider, has deployed 10 Montra Electric RHINO e-trucks for GHCL Limited on the Pipavav-Sutrapada corridor as a Logistics Service Provider. This move signifies Ampvolts' transition from a Charge Point Operator to an integrated green mobility solutions provider, offering end-to-end fleet solutions alongside charging infrastructure. This deployment aims to significantly reduce GHCL's CO2 emissions by 11,000-12,000 tonnes annually, showcasing the commercial viability of electric freight. Ampvolts plans to scale this to a 500-e-truck ecosystem within 2-3 years, tapping into India's commercial EV market, projected to reach USD 38.6 billion by 2033.
