Balkrishna Industries' board re-appointed CMD Arvind Poddar for 5 years and welcomed two new directors. Operationally, the company completed one Carbon Black production line, increasing total capacity to 2,65,000 TPA as part of its ongoing Rs. 3,500 Cr Bhuj expansion.
