Innovassynth Investments Limited announced that its merger by absorption of Innovassynth Technologies (India) Limited has become operative. Following the filing of the NCLT order with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Innovassynth Technologies has officially merged into Innovassynth Investments and stands dissolved. Shareholders of the erstwhile Innovassynth Technologies will receive 1 fully paid-up equity share of Innovassynth Investments for every 1 share held, as per the previously communicated exchange ratio. This marks a significant structural change for the company and its stakeholders.
