NCLT sanctioned Megasoft's merger with Sigma Advanced Systems. This strategic move strengthens Megasoft's defence sector focus, leveraging Sigma's expertise. Shareholders will receive 316 Megasoft shares (face value INR 10.0) for every 100 Sigma shares (face value INR 10.0). Megasoft will rebrand as Sigma Advanced Systems Limited.
