Shardul Securities has appointed Mrs. Anshu Agarwal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term. The Board approved this appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Agarwal is a Practicing Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience in corporate laws, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising, having worked with prominent business groups. Her extensive background in regulatory and governance matters is expected to strengthen the board. She is not related to existing directors.
