Himatsingka Seide has allotted 1,000 unlisted Series "B" NCDs through a private placement. Each NCD has a face value of ₹10 Lakh, bringing a total fund infusion of ₹100 Cr. These are senior, secured, redeemable debt instruments carrying an 11% interest, maturing in March 2029.
