Univastu India Limited — Board Meeting, 19-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

UNIVASTU's board approved issuing 35 lakh warrants to promoters at INR 82 each, raising ~INR 28.70 Cr. They also plan to increase borrowing limits by INR 200 Cr to INR 300 Cr. An EGM on Jan 20, 2026, will seek shareholder approvals for these proposals.
