UNIVASTU's board approved issuing 35 lakh warrants to promoters at ₹82 each (₹28.70 Cr). They also hiked borrowing limits from ₹100 Cr to ₹300 Cr. Both proposals need shareholder nod at an EGM on Jan 20, 2026.
