Univastu India Limited — Board Meeting, 19-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

UNIVASTU's board approved an MoU with URBAN Systems Urbs AB (Sweden) for joint development of state-of-the-art data centers in Maharashtra. This collaboration aims to build hyperscale, edge, colocation, and AI/HPC data centers, with URBAN providing designs & investments and UNIVASTU handling local development & execution.
