S A Tech's board approved the merger of Mindpool Technologies into S A Tech. Mindpool shareholders get 1 SATECH share for every 2 Mindpool shares. Post-merger, 1.77 million SATECH shares held by Mindpool will be cancelled, aiming to unify operations.
