Aditya Himmat Bhansali has launched a mandatory open offer for P H Capital Limited's public shareholders. This follows his agreement to acquire 21,81,200 shares, representing 72.70% of the company's voting capital, from existing promoters for ₹45.08 Cr at ₹206.66 per share. The open offer invites public shareholders to tender up to 7,80,026 shares (26% of voting capital) at the same price of ₹206.66 per share, totaling ₹16.12 Cr, payable in cash. Upon successful completion, Mr. Bhansali will gain control and become the new promoter, with no intention to delist the company.
