TGV Sraac Ltd — Important, 20-12-2025: Company Update

TGV SRAAC Limited has notified Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share (CRPS) holders regarding the impending transfer of their unpaid/unclaimed 4th and final redemption installment for FY 2018-19 to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) account. This transfer is mandated for amounts remaining unclaimed for seven years. Shareholders must submit necessary documents to the company's RTA by January 20, 2026, to claim their redemption. Otherwise, the amounts will be transferred to IEPF by February 6, 2026. Shareholders can subsequently claim funds from the IEPF Authority.
