Varun Beverages' subsidiary proposes acquiring South African beverage company Twizza for ~ZAR 2,095 million (~INR 1118.7 Cr). Twizza, a non-alcoholic beverage maker, reported FY25 net revenue of ~ZAR 1,689 million (~INR 901.9 Cr). This expands VBL's market presence in Africa.
