PEE CEE COSMA SOPE has announced a special six-month window for investors to re-lodge requests for physical share transfers. This initiative, open from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, helps shareholders whose transfer deeds, submitted before April 1, 2019, were previously rejected or returned due to document issues. Critically, all shares re-lodged during this period will be transferred exclusively into DEMAT mode. Investors who missed the earlier March 31, 2021 deadline should submit required documents to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. This aims to streamline old physical share transfers into a dematerialized format.
