Nisus Finance has made its largest UAE investment to date, committing INR 536 crore (USD 59.8 million) to acquire Lootah Avenue in Dubai Motor City. This completed residential building, comprising 273 units along with retail outlets and a medical center, significantly expands the company's international real estate portfolio. Executed through the Nisus High Yield Growth Fund, the deal reflects strong institutional confidence in Dubai's residential market. This acquisition more than doubles Nisus Finance’s existing UAE investments, reinforcing its strategy to scale its international presence by targeting income-generating assets in resilient communities with strong demand.
