Kilburn Engineering Limited has formed a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with East End Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to expand its mechanical site execution presence in Eastern India. The JVC will jointly bid for projects in oil & gas, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and steel plants, focusing on piping, structural, and equipment erection. This strategic partnership allows Kilburn to directly participate in and gain greater control over complex site projects, moving away from external contractors. East End Technologies brings extensive local execution expertise, manufacturing strength, and a track record including over 15,000 MT of erection and 20 lakh inch-meters of pipeline work, significantly enhancing the JV's project capabilities and regional footprint.
