Ambuja Cements' board approved merging ACC and Orient Cement to create a Pan-India cement powerhouse. This aims to unlock operational synergies, optimize costs, and improve margins by at least Rs. 100 PMT. ACC shareholders get 328 Ambuja shares for 100 ACC; Orient shareholders get 33 Ambuja shares for 100 Orient.
