India Rating & Research Pvt. Ltd. has reaffirmed Central Bank of India's Long-Term Issuer Rating at IND AA with a Stable outlook. The agency also reaffirmed the Proposed BASEL III Compliant Tier II Bonds (Rs. 1000 Cr unutilised) at IND AA/Stable.
